For custom tent printing, the shipping time is longer – the exact delivery time can be found on the specific printing service page.

For payments by bank transfer, the amount must be credited to our account by 1:00 PM on a working day. If the payment does not arrive in time, the order will be shipped the next working day. We never ship goods before payment confirmation. Payment is made based on a proforma invoice; invoice issued on request...

Other payment methods do not affect the speed of processing and packing of the folding tent or other goods.

During weekends and holidays, shipments are neither sent nor delivered.

The average courier delivery time is listed at the top of each product page. This time is approximate and cannot be expedited.

Goods are delivered exclusively via courier services DPD or GLS. We select the courier based on weight and size restrictions of the carrier.

Due to fast delivery and the option of free shipping, interest in personal pickup has declined. Personal pickup has therefore been discontinued.
